For your next lease
Move-in record and move-in clean
Book a move-out clean and your next apartment’s move-in record is on us. You shoot the empty place with our guided checklist; we turn it into the same timestamped report.
Why a day-one record
When you move out, the question is what the apartment looked like when you handed back the keys. It helps a lot to know what it looked like when you got them. A scuff, a chipped tile or a stained grout line that was there on day one is easier to talk about with a dated photo of it.
New York’s move-in inspection right
In New York you can also ask your new landlord for a move-in inspection and a signed condition agreement. Anything listed in it can’t come out of your deposit later. The record helps you spot what to list.

How self-shooting works
A self-shot report has no cleaning and no re-clean promise.

You request it
Pick “Self-shot report” on the price page. We email a guided capture link and a shot list for your apartment’s size.

Room by room, on your phone, before your things arrive. Each photo uploads straight to us and is stamped with the time it reached our server.
