Prices assume an empty apartment in typical move-out shape. If yours needs more, we send the new price before you say yes.
What we promise
- If your landlord, super or management cites a job-card item in writing within 7 days, a crew comes back within 72 hours at no charge. If the building won’t let us back in, we refund 25% of your clean for each cited room, up to the full price.
- $25 comes off if the report takes longer than 24 hours.

Will this get my deposit back?
We can’t promise that, and nobody honest can. We control the clean and the record of it.
Who does the cleaning?
An independent cleaning company we’ve vetted, named in your confirmation email before you say yes. Expect two cleaners for about four to six hours, depending on size.
Do I have to be there on clean day?
No. A key with your doorman, your super or a lockbox works. We need access during your arrival window, working lights and hot water.
What if my place needs extra work?
Tell us in the form, or upload a few photos. If it needs extra time (heavy grease, smoke residue, a lot of pet hair), we send you the new price before you say yes. Never on the day.
Is this legal advice?
No. It’s general information and a fill-in template, and we never contact your landlord. We’re cleaners with a camera, not lawyers with a mop.
Can I get just a report, or a move-in record?
Yes. A self-shot report on its own is $39: we send a guided shot list, you take the photos, and we build the timestamped report within 24 hours. Book a move-out clean and your next apartment’s move-in record is on us, used within 60 days.
